Shipping policy

Our new home at Northport is now open!

Beginning, May 2026, we will be pausing our online orders for shipping and delivery to focus on in-store purchases and pick up orders. Any pick-up orders will be processed in-store and must be picked up as soon as order is ready during operational hours. 

Operating hours:

Wednesdays/Sundays 1-6pm

Thursdays/Fridays/Saturdays 1-9pm

Pick up times may change depending on weather, and production volume. Advisory notification will be sent through your preferred method of communication.

If you missed your pick up time, please reach out to thevillagecookienpt@gmail.com. After three (3) attempts of pick up or delivery, we are not liable to give you a refund nor warrant the quality of your order. 

Once an order is shipped or delivered, The Village Cookie is not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by third-party carriers.
